Introducing a refreshing and sophisticated beverage, combining the vibrant flavours of passionfruit with a blend of unique botanicals. Whether you’re cutting out alcohol for Dry January, or simply being more mindful, this is the perfect drink to take you into the weekend. It’s happy hour, reimagined.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Serves 2
- Goodrays Passionfruit & Pomelo CBD Drink
- 50ml Pentire Seaward
- 10ml agave syrup
- 10ml lime juice
- 60ml pink grapefruit juice
- Garnish: Sea salt/ tajin spice, Rosemary stem, Lime slice, Passionfruit
THE PERFECT SERVE
PREP: Dip the rim of a glass in water, shake the excess, and dip onto a plate of salt and tajin to coat the rim.
MIX: Add all ingredients except the Goodrays CBD Drink to a cocktail shaker.
POUR: Strain into your prepared glass and top with Passionfruit & Pomelo CBD Drink.
GARNISH: Garnish with the lime, rosemary stem and passionfruit seeds.
