After taking my first dose, i noticed the calming effect of the oil on my mood. The next day, I started to notice that an itchy dry patch on my leg which had reacted badly from an insect bite was feeling less itchy.

Over a period of a few weeks, this has shrunk visibly from my not scratching it. Despite the itchiness returning if I miss a day, this feels less damaging than the usual steroid creams, etc.

The combination of mood calming and mild immuno-suppression has been pretty beneficial so far.
